Dolphin Heat Exchange is hiring a QA/QC Inspector to run NDT, hydrotest and dimensional inspection on ASME Section VIII pressure vessels and heat exchangers at our Abu Dhabi facility. You will sign off ADNOC-approved quality dossiers and act as the final checkpoint before equipment ships to clients worldwide.
Radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing, either performed directly or witnessed and reviewed for compliance.
Preferred but not mandatory — CSWIP or equivalent inspection certifications are also accepted.
Material certificates, weld maps, NDT reports, hydrotest records and final dimensional reports, compiled to ADNOC vendor approval standards.
NCRs are raised to the QA/QC Manager and tracked jointly with the fabrication team until closure.
Yes — you will liaise with third-party and client inspection representatives during hold points and final acceptance.
Hydrotests follow ASME Section VIII Division 1 requirements and client-approved test procedures.
This position requires 4+ years of hands-on QA/QC inspection experience in pressure vessel fabrication.
