Project Manager — EPC

Job Description

Dolphin Heat Exchange is hiring a Project Manager to own EPC project delivery end to end — schedule, budget, procurement and client reporting — across oil & gas and petrochemical turnarounds. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will be the single point of accountability for project outcomes on engagements delivered from our facility to clients worldwide.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own project schedule, budget and scope across the full EPC lifecycle
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication and site teams to hit milestones
  • Chair client progress meetings and issue regular status reporting
  • Manage variation orders, risk registers and change control
  • Ensure HSE and quality plans are followed through project execution
  • Support proposal and tender teams with execution planning input

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PMP certification is an advantage
  • 7+ years of EPC project management experience, ideally in oil & gas or petrochemicals
  • Track record managing multi-discipline teams and subcontractors
  • Strong client-facing communication and commercial acumen
  • Experience with project controls tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
  • Willingness to travel to client and turnaround sites as required
