Dolphin Group has commissioned a new automated orbital welding line at its existing Mussafah facility, adding tube-to-tubesheet welding capacity ahead of the KEZAD facility’s planned 2026 completion.
Automated orbital welding improves weld repeatability on exotic alloy tube bundles — duplex, titanium and Inconel — where manual welding quality is harder to hold consistent across a full bundle.
