Dolphin Group has launched a two-year rotational Graduate Engineer Development Programme, placing UAE national graduate engineers across thermal design, fabrication and site services before permanent placement.
Each cohort rotates through HTRI thermal design, PV Elite mechanical design, workshop fabrication and site commissioning over eight-month blocks, mentored by senior engineers in each discipline.
