Dolphin supplied balance-of-plant thermal equipment supported by a nuclear-grade quality assurance documentation package, with qualified welding, NDT and heat treatment procedures verified and recorded to the standard the client's programme required. Every welder qualification record was cross-referenced to the specific weld it covered, indexed rather than filed loosely, so any individual joint's full history could be retrieved on demand decades into the plant's service life.
